Vladimir Konstantinov presented Sergey Tsekov decoration of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea “For Devotion to Duty”

Today the Head of the autonomy Parliament Vladimir Konstantinov congratulated Chairman of Permanent Commission of the Supreme Council of ARC on Culture Sergey Tsekov with the 60th anniversary and handed him decoration of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea “For Devotion to Duty”.
