Deputies of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea amended and passed in the second reading the law on management and disposal of the Republican property

On July 30 at the extraordinary session of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea in the second reading and as a whole has been adopted draft law "About management and disposal of property of the Republic of Crimea".

The bill presented, the acting Head of the Republic of Crimea Sergey Aksenov, regulates the management and disposal of the property of the Republic of Crimea, including the shares (equities, shares) in the capital of economic societies, associations and enterprises of other organizational and legal forms.

The property of the Republic of Crimea in accordance with the adopted document is the property belonging on the property right to the Republic of Crimea as a subject of the Russian Federation.
