The state Council of the Republic of Crimea adopted a resolution “On registration of transport vehicles”

The resolution was adopted to address the issue of registration of vehicles in the period on the territory of the Republic of Crimea transition period until January 1, 2015.

By the resolution of the Parliament of the Republic of Crimea, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea jointly with the territorial bodies of the Federal Customs Service of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Crimea and Management of the State inspection of safety of traffic of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation for Republic of Crimea tasked to develop a mechanism of registration on the territory of the Republic of Crimea vehicles:

- previously purchased on credit contracts and leasing contracts, paid by the buyers or removed from the register by the lessor;

- imported into the territory of the Crimea by official dealers on the basis of cargo customs declarations, issued on the territory of Ukraine official importers after March 21, 2014;

- deregistered on the territory of Ukraine to March 21, 2014 to powers of attorney and not decorated by the owner's representatives on the territory of the Republic of Crimea;

- imported in the territory of Crimea purchased by the buyers on the territory of Ukraine to powers of attorney, issued after March 21, 2014;

- located on the territory of the Republic of Crimea.
