In the first reading has been adopted a draft law on elections of deputies of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea

On 30 April at the extraordinary plenary meeting of the eighth session of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea, deputies adopted in the first reading the draft law of the Republic of Crimea “On elections of deputies of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea”.

Before starting the discussion, the Head of Crimean Parliament Vladimir Konstantinov said that in September of this year will take place early elections to the Crimean Parliament. In accordance with article 76 of the Constitution the law of the Republic of Crimea established the procedure of elections of deputies of the State Council.
