The State Council of Crimea cancelled the VAT on tickets to health-resort institutions

The State Council of the Republic of Crimea has made changes to the Decree of April 11, 2014 “On approval of the Provision on peculiarities of application of the legislation on taxes and fees in the Republic of Crimea in the transition period”.

In the framework of granting tax privileges to the enterprises the Decree, in particular, provides for cancellation of the calculation of value added tax in the value of permits in sanatorium-resort centers of the Peninsula.
