Vladimir Konstantinov: Overlap water is a medieval approach

The Head of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea Vladimir Konstantinov outraged by the actions of the Ukrainian authorities concerning the situation with water supply in Crimea on the North-Crimean channel.

In his opinion, the overlap of water is a medieval approach.

“Even more shocking is the fact that the North-Crimean channel in question, was built by Crimeans, - the Speaker noted. - For some time we'll wait and if common sense prevail, we will react”.
