Konstantin Bakharev: the Republican laws will work for the benefit of Crimean citizens

Adopted on April 11 the Constitution of the Republic of Crimea has fixed the status of the Crimean Parliament as the legislative authority, and the Law “On the State Council of Republic of the Crimea” prescribes the mechanism of implementation of this new status.

It was stated by the Vice-speaker of Crimean Parliament Konstantin Bakharev, commenting on the adoption by the State Council of this law, the first in the history of the Republic of Crimea.
