Meeting of the Permanent Commission of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea on Economic, Budget and Investment Policy

Deputies agreed on a number of draft laws and resolutions proposed for consideration at the extraordinary session of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea on July 30 this year

So, during the meeting were supported projects of laws of the Republic of Crimea, considered in the first reading:

- “On the budget of Territorial Fund of obligatory medical insurance of the Republic of Crimea for 2014” (envisages financial support for the implementation of measures on the organization of the system of obligatory medical insurance on the territory of the Republic of Crimea);

- “On the peculiarities of regulation of property and land relations” (sets the basic provisions in the field of land relations; establishes the separation of state and municipal property; distinguishes between categories of land; establishes the possibility of additional registration of rights to land plots in accordance with the previously obtained permits etc);

- “On the Treasury of the Republic of Crimea” (the adoption of the law, in particular, due to the need to identify, consider and secure the property of the Republic of Crimea objects of the former state property of Ukraine).
