V. Nakhlupin: Introduction on the territory of the Republic of Crimea basic rate of the VAT at a rate of 4% will ensure stable economic position of the business in the transition period

At the meeting of Permanent Commission of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea on Budget, Economic and Investment Policy, that was held by the Head of the commission Vitaliy Nakhlupin, deputies and guests discussed the amendments to the Provision on peculiarities of application of the legislation on taxes and fees in the Republic of Crimea in the transition period, adopted by the Crimean Parliament on April 11, 2014.

According to Vitaly Nahlupina, the document has caused ambiguous interpretation and among entrepreneurs, and among state enterprises. “The biggest criticism we received from housing and communal complex, the services sector, where there are fixed rates. During the time elapsed since the adoption of the Regulations, we have held three meetings. I went to Moscow to the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation to clarify our position, why this needs to be changed. The question submitted for review, will be crucial for entrepreneurs of Crimea, will greatly facilitate the activities of enterprises in the transition period”, - said the Head of the parliamentary Commission.
