Paying great attention to the complex decision of questions of improvement of cities and districts of the autonomy, the Head of Crimean Parliament Vladimir Konstantinov in the framework of the Day of the Supreme Council of ARC in Kerch acquainted with the course of realization of the pilot project “Improvement of housing estates”, which is implemented in the city on the initiative of its head Oleg Osadchy since 2008.
