Crimean Parliament has approved the rates of port charges in the ports of the Republic of Crimea

At the extraordinary plenary meeting of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea on May 28 this year was adopted a resolution “On the rates of port charges (fees for services of vessels) in sea ports of the Republic of Crimea”.

Adoption of the draft is conditioned by the necessity of normative settlement activity and functioning of sea ports in the Republic of Crimea for the transition period until the adoption of normative legal acts regulating these issues, and to ensure navigation safety and order in the ports of the Republic of Crimea and on the approaches to them.
