E. Fix: Funds raised at the memorial to the victims of the concentration camp in “Krasniy” disappeared along with “PrivatBank”

The exact number is not known, but not less than 15 thousand children, men, women, the elderly, underground, our soldiers wounded, taken prisoner by the Nazis. They have different age, they are of different nationalities, from different parts of Simferopol, Crimea, Union. But one thing unites them: executed in “Krasniy” - former Nazi concentration camp in the territory of a former state farm. A life dedicated for the Motherland, for our present. Two years ago the Parliament of the Crimea decided to build a memorial, announced fundraising. But now more than 203 thousand collected UAH disappeared along with the “PrivatBank” that had gone from Crimea.

The authorities of the Republic of Crimea assured: the memorial to the victims of fascist concentration camp still will be - for the 70th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic war, which will be celebrated on 9 may 2015. Crimea remembers those executed in 1941-44 by the fascists, and will not allow to kill them twice, to kill, to desecrate the memory of them.
