On the basis of the profile Committee of the State Duma of the Russian Federation will set up a Commission on development of physical culture and sports in the Republic of Crimea

In the State Council of the Republic of Crimea was held a meeting with representatives of the Committee of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation on Physical Culture, Sports and youth Affairs, where were discussed the prospects of development of physical culture and sport in the Republic of Crimea.

Opening the meeting, Deputy Chairman of the State Council of the Republic Konstantin Bakharev said that the question of development of physical culture and sport in the Republic of Crimea is very important for the public. Crimea has its sport traditions, there were prepared many famous athletes. In the framework of the Republican program implemented measures aimed at formation of a healthy way of life, popularization of physical culture and sports among the population, strengthening of material-technical base of sports objects, creation of sports grounds with artificial covering and so on.
