Kiev does not want to listen to the opinion of Crimea. About it stated in his video address Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of ARC Vladimir Konstantinov.

“All this is a continuation of extremist politics, which was conducted by the center of the opposition all three months. We turned, tried to stop them. Today the system of state power on the verge of collapse, police commanders were demoralized.
