“To counter destabilization we have a Crimean experience and its unique mechanism – autonomy. On how to strengthen and use the autonomous status of Crimea in this period of crisis also suggest to discuss today.

Our autonomy 23 years allowed us to defend our regional interests, our spiritual values. It is, of course, imperfect. So, let's think together about what it is needed to be improved in the autonomy to male it work more efficiently.

Colleagues! The crisis has reached such a depth that to predict how it will end, no one can. But one thing I can say absolutely for sure: the illegal decisions made by the Central government by intimidation and power pressure, we do not intend to! Crimea will not succumb to blackmail!”.
