Vladimir Konstantinov summarized the work of the Parliament of the autonomy for the year 2013 and thanked colleagues for their effective work

Speech of the Chairman of the Supreme Council of ARC Vladimir Konstantinov at the plenary meeting of the Supreme Council of ARC on December 25, 2013.

“We held the final plenary meeting of the seventh session in extremely difficult socio-political situation in Ukraine. We can see how shaky the stability was, at the development of which the country had worked in the last four years. It also became clear how well worked out technologies on conduction of the so-called “colour revolutions” that are financed from abroad. And how well are prepared the destructive forces that took advantage of the objective difficulties of the authorities to conduct a large-scale attack on it.

So brotherly assistance provided to our country in the critical moment by the Russian Federation, is encouraging. In such situations it becomes obvious who is for us the true friends.

I want to thank all of you, dear colleagues, for your position in these difficult days. I also want to express my gratitude to the Council of Ministers of the autonomy. Together we managed to show restraint and calm, avoid destabilization of the situation in the republic”.
