In Crimean Parliament passed thematic short-term seminar “Modern state and prospects of development of civil society in ARC”, organized by the Permanent Commission on Legislation, Organizational Management of the Supreme Council and Public Relations and the Crimean Center of retraining and improvement of qualification of workers of bodies of state authorities for heads of the specialized commissions of city and district councils of Crimea.
