The quota of workplaces for the disabled at the large enterprises of the Crimea will be 4%

The State Council of the Republic of Crimea adopted in the second reading the Law “On quotas and reservations, jobs for disabled people and citizens, who need social protection”. The law will come into force from 1 January 2015.

The quota for providing jobs for the disabled in enterprises and organizations, the number of employees of which exceeds 100 persons, has been established at the level of 4%. For other categories of citizens, who need social protection, are set quotas in the amount of 1 percent of the average number of employees.
