Staff turnover is a natural process. About it on June 25, said the Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea Vladimir Konstantinov in comments to journalists.

In his opinion, the process is dynamic, despite a number of difficulties that occur in the life of Crimean people. The Parliament and the government of the Republic are actively working to overcome them. “In my opinion, the processes of reformatting the Crimean authorities and the Republic's integration into the Russian space are dynamic and successful”, - said the Speaker.

The main problem, he said, is to increase work efficiency of the staff. “Many officials perceive the work in the bodies of those principles on which it was built in Ukraine. However, we have another state and completely different approaches to the construction work”, - he stressed.
