Valery Kosarev: “The results of the parliamentary hearings on the issues of accessibility and quality of secondary education: from words to deeds”

According to the Chairman of Permanent Commission of the Supreme Council of ARC on Education, Science, Youth Affairs and Sports Valeriy Kosarev made during the parliamentary hearings in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine proposals on improving the quality of education will find practical application and will become the basis for improving the legislation of Ukraine. It was stated by V. Kosarev commenting on his participation in the parliamentary hearings on the theme “Accessibility and quality of general secondary education: current state and ways of improvement”, which took place in Kyiv on October 23, 2013.
