In 2013 thanks to the implementation of the Crimean regional program of development of education the network of preschool educational institutions of the autonomy has expanded by 1.5 thousand places

At the meeting of Permanent Commission of the Supreme Council of ARC on Education, Science, Youth Affairs and Sports, that was chaired by the Head of the commission Valeriy Kosarev, members discussed the implementation of the Program of development of education and science, physical culture and sports, support of the family in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea for the years 2012-2016.

As reported the First Deputy Minister of Education and Science, Youth and Sports of ARC Natalya Zhurba, on the implementation of the Program from the budget of the autonomy in 2013 were approved funds in the amount of 15.7 million UAH., that amounts 18.2% of the volume of funds provided to finance the activities from the national budget (86.5 million UAH).
