The meeting of Permanent Commission of SC RC on Economic, Budget and Investment Policy

Permanent Commission of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea on Economic, Budget and Investment Policy at its meeting, that was held by the Head of the commission Vitaliy Nakhlupin, discussed a number of draft laws and regulations of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea, regulating the functioning of the financial system of Crimea.

So, has been reviewed the draft law “On budget process in the Republic of Crimea”. According to the first Deputy Minister of Finance of RC Elena Shapovalova, from 2015 on the territory of Crimea will start to operate fully the legislation of the Russian Federation.

“Currently is carried out great preparatory work for the transition of the budget and financial sphere on the Russian standards. In accordance with article 8 of the Budget code of the Russian Federation and pursuant to the road map Crimea integration in the budget system of the Russian Federation, we prepared this draft law. Its adoption is intended to establish the procedure of the budget process in the main areas”. - said E. Shapovalova.
