Specialized parliamentary Commission has recommended for consideration in the first reading the draft law regulating land relations

Permanent Commission of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea on Land, Agrarian Issues, Ecology and Environmental Management has considered the draft law of the Republic of Crimea “On regulation of land relations” and recommended it for consideration in the first reading at the plenary meetings of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea in June 2014.

As noted the Chairman of the permanent parliamentary Commission Dmitriy Rogachev, the adoption of the draft is conditioned by the necessity of creation of legal bases of regulation of public relations in the field of realization of ownership right and other proprietary rights to land, of the peculiarities of the civil circulation of the land, restrictions on the use of land as a unique natural object and the powers and activities of bodies of state power and bodies of local government on maintenance of rational use and lands protection.
