In the Republic of Crimea for the first time celebrated the Day of the State Flag of Russia

On 22 August, for the first time after occurrence of the Republic of Crimea in the Russian Federation in Crimea celebrated the Day of the State Flag of Russia. In honor of the holiday in Simferopol on the square in front of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea took place the solemn ceremony of raising the national flag of the Russian Federation.

The event was attended by the acting Head of the Republic of Crimea, Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea Sergey Aksenov, Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea Vladimir Konstantinov, first Deputy Plenipotentiary representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Crimean Federal district Nikolay Vodorezov, Chairman of the Public Chamber of the Republic of Crimea Grigory Ioffe, member of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, representative of the legislative body of state power of the Republic of Crimea Sergey Tsekov, member of the Council of Federation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, representative from the Executive body of state power of the Republic of Crimea Olga Cowitidy, heads of security agencies in the Republic of Crimea, members of the Presidium of the Crimean Parliament and members of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea, the leadership of the Simferopol city Council, Simferopol public, representatives of political parties and public organizations of Crimea.
