Crimea signed with the St. Petersburg inter-parliamentary cooperation Agreement

On May 22, in the Rotunda of the Mariinsky Palace in St. Petersburg took place the ceremony of signing the Agreement on cooperation between the Legislative Assembly of St. Petersburg and the State Council of the Republic of Crimea.

Their signatures under the document signed the Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea Vladimir Konstantinov and Chairman of the Legislative Assembly of St. Petersburg Vyacheslav Makarov.

By the agreement, the parties expressed their willingness to develop inter-parliamentary relations on the principles of equality, partnership and mutual account of interests in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, city of St. Petersburg and the Republic of Crimea with the purpose of fruitful and mutually enriching cooperation on legislative matters.
