The Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea Vladimir Konstantinov held a meeting with the member of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation from the Executive branch of the Ryazan region Igor Morozov.

During the dialogue the sides discussed prospects of cooperation of Crimea and the Ryazan region.
