To save the state Ukraine there is only one way out – to change the structure of the state from the unitary to the federative structure. This opinion was expressed by the deputy of the Supreme Council of ARC, Chairman of the Commission of SC on interaction with local authorities in ARC with permanent status Vladimir Klychnikov at the extraordinary session of the Crimean Parliament in a discussion on the political situation on January 22.
