The Supreme Council of ARC proposes to establish in Ukraine a professional holiday - the Day of Economist

The Supreme Council of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea addressed to the Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov with the request to submit for consideration of the Head of state Viktor Yanukovych the draft decree on establishing in Ukraine and the annual celebration of the Day of Economist on January 20, on the day of birth of the outstanding Ukrainian scientist-economist Mikhail Ivanovich Tugan-Baranovsky. The relevant decision was adopted at the regular plenary meeting of Crimean Parliament on November 27, 2013.
