In Crimean Parliament honoured defenders of the Fatherland

In the eve of the Defender's Day in the Supreme Council of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea was held honouring of veterans of the Great Patriotic War, soldiers and officers, veterans of military service, veterans of the civilian personnel of military units.

The event was attended by the First Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council of ARC Sergey Donich, Vice Speaker of Crimean Parliament Grigoriy Ioffe, members of the Presidium and deputies of SC ARC.

First Vice Speaker of Crimean Parliament noted that during these difficult days we all have to save the courage not to yield to provocation. He also assured that “the Supreme Council of Crimea has a very balanced tolerant, competent, legally calibrated policy, and Crimea today was and remains Peninsula of stability”. He expressed hope that inhabitants of Ukraine will have enough wisdom to come to civil accord.
