On September 20, the Chairman of Permanent Commission of the VR ARC on Legislation, Organizational Management of the Supreme Council and Public Relations Konstantin Bakharev held citizen’s admission and telephone hotline.

On all questions received in the course of the admission were given detailed explanations and recommendations, provided practical assistance in solving problems, and given orders, the progress of which Konstantin Bakharev took under his personal control.
