In Crimean Parliament discussed the amendments to the draft law “On resorts, natural healing resources and therapeutic areas of the Republic of Crimea”

At the meeting of Permanent Commission of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea discussed changes to the draft law “On resorts, natural healing resources and therapeutic areas of the Republic of Crimea”, adopted in first reading July 30 this year.

Opening the meeting, the Head of the Permanent Commission of SC of Crimea Aleksey Chernyak said that after the adoption of the bill in the first reading it was proposed to discuss. Specially created working group on preparation of draft laws of the Republic of Crimea on issues of development of the resort and tourism industry, as well as ministries, Supervisory authorities and representatives of civil society and other relevant organizations have proposed a number of amendments. Changes, in particular, relate to the adjustment of terms (basic concepts and definitions used in the tourism industry); added article providing for the standardization and classification of objects of sanatorium and resort treatment and recreation, therapeutic recreation, sports tourism. However, the greatest interest was aroused by the article of the draft law regulating the use of beaches (separates the beaches in the form of availability etc).
