The meeting of Permanent Commission of SC RC on Regional Development and Housing and Communal Services

Deputies considered the draft laws and regulations of the Republic of Crimea, and changes in Federal laws.

So, was promoted the draft law of the Republic of Crimea “On regulation of city planning activities in the Republic of Crimea”, presented by the Minister of Construction and Architecture of RC Vladimir Nikolaev. In accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, the Law regulates relations on territorial planning, city planning zoning and territory planning and other issues in the sphere of urban development of the Republic of Crimea. The Law also sets out the powers of the State Council, the government and the Executive bodies and municipal authorities in the sphere of urban development. In addition, the document regulates the supervision and state construction supervision over observance of legislation in the sphere of urban development; the issuance of construction permits, etc. With amendments the draft law was recommended for consideration by the State Council of the Republic at the first reading.
