According to him, the main feature of the modern Crimean citizen is waiting for change.

“We have verified the mood of people, and in 90% cases all are categorically against current heads on places”, - he said, adding that the renewal of the composition of deputies in the districts of Crimea after the elections shall be not less than 60%.
