Aleksey Chernyak: Individual articles of the draft law concerning the development of the resort and tourism industry, need updating and revision

Individual articles of the draft law “On resorts, natural healing resources and therapeutic areas of the Republic of Crimea” adopted in the first reading on 30 July of the current year, require changes and additions, according to the Chairman of the Permanent Commission of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea on health-resort complex and tourism Aleksey Chernyak.

According to him, this document is vigorously discussed in the Internet space. In addition, the Commission receives a large number of informal complaints from citizens and various organizations, representatives of mass media, indicating the need for early adoption of the bill on second reading. However, to date, specific proposals from the Executive bodies and local self-government, sanatoriums, tourist business and private entrepreneurs nor in the parliamentary Commission nor the Ministry of resorts and tourism of the Republic of Crimea have not been reported.
