Crimea went back home and I will not leave. It was stated by the Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea Vladimir Konstantinov at the meeting with deputies of the State Duma of the Russian Federation.

“The impetus which gave the referendum on joining Russia is a phenomenon, which now needs to be converted into concrete actions”, he said. According to Vladimir Konstantinov, the reunification of the Crimea and Sevastopol with Russia means “rise of the entire Russian people”.
