Rustam Temirgaliev: the Autonomous Republic of Crimea today has a historic chance to obtain economic powers

According to the deputy of the Supreme Council of ARC Rustam Temirgaliev, today the Autonomous Republic of Crimea has a historic chance to obtain economic empowerment. He said this at the plenary session of SC ARC on February 19, during the discussion of the Concept of amending the Constitution of Ukraine on improvement of the status of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
