Speech of the Secretary of the Center of Legislative Initiatives under the SC ARC Efim Fix concerning improvement of the constitutional and legal status of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and broadening of powers of the autonomy

Addressing the issue of the improvement of constitutional and legal status of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and extension of the powers of the autonomy at the plenary meeting of session of Crimean Parliament on 19 February, Secretary of the Center of Legislative Initiatives of SC ARC Efim Fix noted:

“The events of recent days again convince us in the correctness of the discussion on the issue and principal defending the position of Crimean Parliament to make a real constitutional authority for the autonomy”.
