Vladimir Konstantinov: EU/UNDP Project “Community Based Approach to Local Development-II” is decentralization in action

The Chairman of the Supreme Council of ARC Vladimir Konstantinov held meeting of Coordination Council on realization in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea of Project “Community Based Approach to Local Development-II”. The project aims to support the development of rural communities and improving their living conditions.

The meeting was attended by Deputy Chairman of SC ARC Grigoriy Ioffe, the Head of Permanent Commission of the autonomy Parliament on Budget, Economic and Investment Policy Vitaliy Nakhlupin, Chairman of the Commission of SC ARC on Interaction with Local Authorities in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea with permanent status of the Commission of the autonomy Parliament Vladimir Klychnikov, heads of Ministries and Departments of the Republic, chairmen of district state administrations and district councils of the autonomy, regional coordinators of the project of CBA.
