Vladimir Konstantinov: “With deputies shirkers we will mercilessly fight”

According to the Chairman of the Supreme Council of ARC Vladimir Konstantinov, in the Crimean Parliament intend to apply strict measures to the deputies, who miss plenary meetings of the session.
