V. Konstantinov visited with working visit Eastern Crimea

Preparing by the Ministry of regional development of RF of a scheme of territorial planning of the Republic of Crimea, Sevastopol, in respect of transportation, Federal highways, energy, higher education and health care will ensure a sustainable and integrated socio-economic development of the Peninsula, accommodation on site objects of engineering, transport and social infrastructures of Federal significance. It was stated by the Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea Vladimir Konstantinov during his working trip in Leninsky district, city Shelkino and Kerch.

In his opinion, adopted by the Government of the Russian Federation on 14 August of the current year, a Resolution “On the preparation of schemes of territorial planning of the Russian Federation in relation to the territories of the Republic of Crimea, and Sevastopol”, once again highlights the attention of the Central government to the problems of young actors. “We 23 years lived in conditions of fiscal austerity, and for the first time in a long time felt comprehensive assistance and support from the leadership of the country, regions of the Russian Federation. It's worth it”, - stressed the Speaker.

In addition, according to him, today has already been adopted a Federal target program of socio-economic development of the Republic of Crimea and city of Sevastopol. It provides in the period up to 2020, the construction of transport infrastructure, the availability of the Peninsula with the main part of the Russian Federation. Also consider the construction of power grid facilities, power generation facilities, the planned large-scale events to ensure a reliable water supply without calculating in the North-Crimean canal and address major socio-economic issues. These are the basic facilities, especially health, education, which should ensure the provision of appropriate social services.
