Has been opened extraordinary plenary meeting of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea

The Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea Vladimir Konstantinov opened an extraordinary plenary session of the Parliament of the Republic of Crimea.

The decision on convening an extraordinary meeting is decided in accordance with the powers of the Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea in connection with the need to address certain issues.
