Vladimir Konstantinov took part in the meeting of the Council of Heads of the Factions of the party “United Russia”

On April, 17th in Moscow in the State Duma of the Russian Federation took place the meeting of the Council of the Heads of the factions of the Russian political party “United Russia”.

In its work have taken part the Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea Vladimir Konstantinov, heads of the factions of the party “United Russia” and the deputies of the faction “United Russia” in the State Duma.
