Crimean Parliament has adopted a resolution “On issues of energy security of the Republic of Crimea”

The corresponding resolution was adopted at the extraordinary plenary session of the Crimean Parliament on March 17, 2014.

In order to ensure environmental and energy security of the Republic of Crimea, creation of conditions for organization of production, storage and transportation of hydrocarbons on the territory of the Republic of Crimea, supply the inhabitants of Crimea with energy resources, the smooth operation of objects of life-support in the Parliament of the Republic of Crimea decides to establish that the property of the Republic of Crimea are:

Movable and immovable property of the public joint stock company “State joint-stock company “Chernomorneftegaz”, located on the territory of the Republic of Crimea, its continental shelf and exclusive (marine) economic zone.
