In Crimea finish the preparations for the holding of the VIII International festival “The Great Russian Word”

On June 6-12, 2014 in Crimea will be held VIII international festival “The Great Russian Word”. The course of its preparation was discussed at the final meeting of the Organizational Committee, which was held by the member of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, Deputy Chairman of the Organizing Committee Sergey Tsekov.

Opening the meeting, S. Tsekov said that for the first time the festival will be held in a totally new situation when the Republic of Crimea has returned to the Russian Federation, and therefore in the new format. “Therefore, we should hold it at a high level given the current political realities, - he stressed. - Due to the fact that before the festival actually 3 weeks left, we need to accelerate its preparation. Given that this is our brand, the main cultural and humanitarian forum, we can't reduce the installed earlier bar”.
