Grigory Ioffe: We will act as Crimean citizens would say

First Vice-speaker of Crimean Parliament Grigory Ioffe took part in the voting at the Crimean referendum on March 16, 2014.

“I am convinced that political will among the Crimean leadership will suffice. We clearly set up to ensure that this political will to manifest. I am convinced that Crimea will get a new impulse for its development, and many people, living on our Peninsula, will consider this day a truly historical”, - said the First Vice speaker.
