“To forget Afgan... No, that's impossible…”

In Simferopol took place the Republican events dedicated to the Day of honouring participants of battle actions on territory of other States and the 25th anniversary of withdrawal of Soviet troops from Afghanistan.

At the memorial rally in honour of the memory of the fallen in Afghanistan in the square of soldiers-internationalists of the Crimean capital at the memorial “To Crimeans who have died in Afghanistan” were present the Chairman of Permanent Commission of the Supreme Council of ARC on Social Matters, Public Health and Veterans` Affairs Pyotr Zaporozhets, Deputy Chairman of the government of Crimea Georgiy Psarev, First Deputy Permanent Representative of the President of Ukraine in Crimea Vladimir Degtyarev, Head of Crimean organization of the Ukrainian Union of Veterans of Afghanistan Sergey Tarasov, the Head of Permanent Commission of SC ARC on Health-Resort Complex, Tourism and Enterprise Aleksey Chernyak, deputies of Crimean Parliament Efim Fix, Gennadiy Babenko, Chairman of Organization of Veterans of Crimea Oleksandr Sklyarov, veterans of Afghan war, relatives of the fallen, Simferopol citizens.
