Vladimir Konstantinov does not see objective reasons for the lack of heat in the houses of Crimeans and objects of social sphere

As of October 14, of the current year the number of objects of social sphere and housing in cities and districts of the autonomy have not been connected to the centralized heat supply. It was reported at the working meeting of the Chairman of the Supreme Council of Crimea Vladimir Konstantinov with members of the Presidium of the Supreme Council on Monday, October 15.
