The Head of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea Vladimir Konstantinov receives many congratulatory telegrams on the adoption of the Constitution.

The Chairman of the Parliament of the Republic Vladimir Konstantinov and deputies of the State Council with the adoption of the Constitution of the Republic of Crimea has congratulated the Speaker of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Sergey Naryshkin. He conveyed best wishes and new successes in work for the benefit of the peoples Republic of Crimea and the Russian Federation and expressed confidence that the State Council will successfully cope with further large-scale tasks for the adoption on the basis of the Constitution of the complex of laws regulating all spheres of life of the Republic.
