On the territory of the Republic of Crimea for the period till January 1, 2015 introduces a patent on the activities cash currency exchange

At the extraordinary plenary meeting of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea was adopted a resolution “On patenting activities cash currency exchange”.

The issue of trade patents and payment collection is performed in the procedure established by the provisions of article 267 of the Tax code of Ukraine, operating on March 17, 2014 with the exception of subparagraph b) of subparagraph 267.1.1 paragraph 267.1 and subparagraph 267.3.5 paragraph 267.3 article 267 of the Tax code of Ukraine, which does not apply to the territory of the Republic of Crimea.

Tax rate for trading activity on the cash currency exchange 11000 Russian roubles a month.

The decision comes into force from the date of adoption.
