Konstantin Bakharev: In the current situation with budgetary financing local self-government should more actively use the tools of cooperation with the EU

At the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service took place the VII annual conference on the issues of institutional development within the framework of the EU initiative “Eastern Partnership”. It was attended by representatives of the European Commission, embassies of states-EU members in Ukraine, foreign experts, scientists, the Chairman of Permanent Commission of the Supreme Council of ARC on Legislation, Organizational Management of the Supreme Council and Public Relations Konstantin Bakharev.
